I went today since I noticed a screw in my tire.. They tried to sell me 4 new tires sine I have all wheel drive. They said no way that could be repaired. so I went to Bruce Brothers and of course it could be repaired. .. 5 minutes later the employee at Bruce brothers handed me a tiny screw that didn't even Peirce my tire. .. Firestone you SUCK. tried to sell me 4 tires when I didn't need them... rip-offs
Sucks. Tried to sell me a new tire when the tire could be repaired. Being "1-2-3" certified I knew it could be repaired.
I highly recommend this location. Great service, quality work you can trust, and even better results. Ask for Joe or Mark, those guys won’t steer you wrong!!
My husband scheduled our car inspection for 9 am today. He got there and they informed him they had moved his appointment up to 7am, and he missed it, so he would have to reschedule.
Walk in wait ten minutes and no one wants to talk to you you send me ads to spend money I want to spend money and. No one wants to take my money
OK for service but had a tire repaired they found no leak said it was the bead .... Cleaned it up said you'll be good till spring or longer .. Two days later same tire low air ... Called spoke to Tony he says bring it in around 4 .. Come in no Tony is gone for the day didn't put me in computer.. We can do it but it will be a while..... As of this writing still waiting almost 2 hours ... Oh I am not paying for the repair a second time........
