I’m completely done with this location. Twice now I’ve waited twice as long as I was told it would be for an alignment. Furthermore, the most recent occasion I waited 4 hours and was not given the print out when my alignment was completed. When I asked for it I was told there was no way to provided the printout unless I came back the next day and let them run the whole alignment process again. Complete amateur hour and incredibly disappointing for a long time Firestone customer.

I just had a bad experience where I was told there was a hole in one of my tires, and said I wanted to see the hole, but when I arrived, after they had changed the tires, they were unable to show me where the hole was.
This firestone is awesome ! They really help you , comfortable lobby , great customer service
