I’d give no stars if I could. Negative stars. I had my car towed there for a flat. First the manager tries to convince me I drove on the flat. I did not , it couldn’t have been driven on anyway. He says “you drove on this”. I assured him I did not. He then called me back and stated “you know what , you’re right. I took a look at it myself and it wasn’t driven on”. The mechanic tried to smoke me for a new rack & pinion . Total 4000$ . I took my car to another mechanic and the problem was the power steering belt needed to be tightened. I will Never go to Firestone again.
I have been taking my car to Firestone in Bayonne for a few years. It's nice to see a familiar face often and not a revolving door. Good customer service.
Staff was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Service was fast.
