Made an appointment via email for 8:am Saturday to purchase tires. Did not receive email confirmation until 8:15. I raced over to the store, and when I arrived there was no one in the lobby to process my order. Waited several minutes and still no one showed up. Very, very poor customer service.
Car was recently in four wheel alignment service after leaving the Firestone I have noticed squealing noises toward the back of my wheels talk to a (service representative at another location and she had stated that maybe the camber or so position maybe off or may not be on tight.) l will also need the wheel alignment measurement/ My Vehicle has also has Wheel Rotation prior all repairs should be in the systems mad many attempts to have them check it out they shrug their shoulders and state they never touch tires.
