I had an incredible experience! I went to a smaller shop and was quoted $4k to fix my car and the mechanic did not tell me what was wrong! I brought my car to Paul and his team and they communicated with me through every step and told me the root of the problem, they fixed it same day and I ended up paying a fraction of the cost I was quoted from the other place. Safe to say, I will always bring my car back to Paul and his team, if anything were to happen!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST... EVERY TIME WE COME HERE THEY ALWAYS FORGET TO DO SOMETHING WE REQUEST OR THERE'S A DELAY. BROUGHT MY TRUCK FOR TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND STATE INSPECTION. RECEIVE A CALL MY VEHICLE IS READY. MY HUSBAND GOES TO PICK UP AND THEY SAY THEY FORGOT TO DO THE STATE INSPECTION. SERIOUSLY... NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT ON THEM WHEN WE COULD HAVE BEEN AT HOME. DO BETTER AND GET EFFICIENT EMPLOYEES.
I just want to take a moment to shout out Jason at this Firestone location! I had just come from another Firestone where I sat in my car for about 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. But as soon as I pulled up here, Jason came right over to my car and offered to help. Literally no wait, no confusion, just kindness and great customer service.
