I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this Firestone, and today was another example of why I highly recommend them. While I was waiting for my oil change, a woman came in thinking she had an emissions test scheduled. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a technician available to perform the test, but Chris didn’t just brush her off and send her away. Instead, he went above and beyond by calling other locations and shops to see if he could find somewhere that could get her in. That level of customer service is rare these days.... read more
