Called to get pricing on new TPMS sensors - $160 a piece before install!! I can go to GM directly and get them for $40! What a rip-off! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have a gps tracking device in my vehicle, to monitor my teenage driver. Today I dropped the vehicle off to get some new tires. I reviewed the driving history of the vehicle, Firestone let someone take my vehicle out for a joy ride and to a home several blocks away for 18 minutes. What kind of place allows employees to take customers cars off the lot?
Custome Service is Horrible! Especially Chris! Whatever you do dont go there. They will screw up your vehicle! No change your oil break stuff on your car & get mad at you!
if you go to Firestone plan on being there all day no matter what you getting done it will take 5-8 hours and they always find something else wrong with your car for up sale.
So, I made an appointment on Wednesday to get tires. Appointment was for 6pm today... I ask Brian at Firestone specifically "you have these tires in stock, correct?" Brian said "yes we do, we'll see you Friday". Well guess what... I get there at 5:45... sign in, all good ... 6:15 guy comes over to me and says "um, we don't have these tires in stock" I explain that Brian said specifically on Wednesday that they ARE in stock. Work was done quicker than expected. However, it seems they have some issues. One of the covers for the lug nuts on our car could not be found. They could not find it. They either lost it or they did not put it on tight and it fell off and was lost. Did not even receive an apology. Was told they would talk to the manager to see what can be done.
