Was told that I got two new tires but only one was installed. Also supposedly and hopefully I got the oil change because a couple of days later there was no washer fluid. I do realize that this a Hertz rental who gave me the voucher to get the required service the car needed and it didn’t!
The workers there were nice, cool, and super friendly. They were knowledgeable. They worked efficiently.
Great experiences with this Firestone! Came in for a new alternator for my old Camry. They got it done quickly and have since been excellent at handling my follow-up questions. Ken and the whole staff are awesome. Take your car here!
Hello, It was my first time coming to Firestone in Antioch that my cousin recommended me there and the customer service is great and treated me as a customer should be treated and very passionate of what they do. So I will be coming back soon
Overall my experience at Firestone was fraustrating and I cannot recommend this shop. Based on poor customer service and questionable estimates of repair cost. I suggest looking for a shop where your concerns will be acknowledged and addressed appropriately.
