Recently had the tires on my Tacoma balanced by the gentleman Anthony! Was amazing service, clearly busy but he took amazing care of me anyways!
I was at the Antioch store and I have never been disappointed with Ken. Ken goes above and beyond to accomodate all customers. He is friendly and very cordial. A totally great experience, unlike your Brentwood store. The Brentwood store has a zero care attitude (I was there before the Antioch store) and it seems like they do not want to do any warranty work and will make it very inconvenient for you.
Always a great experience and quality service I truly appreciate the customer care.
