Only come here if you have a lot of time on your hands... When they tell you an oil change and headlight replacement will take 90 min, it actually will take 3 hours :(
Customer service is great until its not. made appointment for 9am for mounting balancing and rotation. Gave me a three hour window...BS got the lifetime service and they take paying customers over you
Be prepared to wait 2 hours for a basic oil change that should only take 15 minutes... Even with an appointment
Make an appointment and try to avoid dealing with Kristie. She is an idiot.
Best time to get brakes and tires at Firestone vs Independent Mechanic, is when brakes are $100 off and when your tires are under warranty but worn so you get a proration!
Consistent service levels. Warranty program is excellent. Resolved issues that the dealer "couldn't find". Highly recommended.
Watch out to not get over charged here!!! Most Firestone locations are decent , not this one. Beware.
