Was a walk in this weekend at the concord shop. The lifetime alignment is what brought me In for a discount price due to 4th of July. I have tried a few other tire shops to align my Frontier pro-4x and they couldn’t get rid of the bad wondering and crazy shaking in the steering wheel. Today was the first day in a very long time I didn’t have to fight my steering wheel to drive my truck on the freeway. It took a few hours and two techs with multiple times off and back on the lift. Make sure they have your tires in stock BEFORE they take your old tire off. I had an appointment at 12:30. I arrived and was told it would take no longer than an hour and a half. Kind of a long time but ok. After an hour and half I'm told they don't have the quoted tires in stock but they have some very similar ones for the same price. Ok give me those. Another hour goes by and they come back and say oh we don't have those either. Now I'm waiting for them to take their sweet time to put my old tires back on. And hopefully th... read more

Only come here if you have a lot of time on your hands... When they tell you an oil change and headlight replacement will take 90 min, it actually will take 3 hours :(
Customer service is great until its not. made appointment for 9am for mounting balancing and rotation. Gave me a three hour window...BS got the lifetime service and they take paying customers over you
Be prepared to wait 2 hours for a basic oil change that should only take 15 minutes... Even with an appointment
