I was on my way home from work when l heard a whining noise and my battery light came on. I made it to Firestone to have it checked. The service advisor (Frank) said a hose “blew out”while they were testing the system. He said it was an inexpensive part to fix and that I would need a coolant flush as well. They knowingly damaged the coolant hose and tried selling me another service for $135. The hose connection was clearly cracked off and didn’t blow out.
