Had an appointment at 12PM for an oil change and alignment. The guy said it would take 2 1/2 hours and I thought that was a bit long. But I found something to do, walked from there to a sandwich place to get lunch. Then I decided to walk to Marcus Theaters to see a 2 1/2 hour movie. Walked back to Firestone and expecting my car would be finished....it wasn't. 4 hours later and they haven't even STARTED on it. The guy said there was only one guy who knew how to do an alignment and the other cars were taking longer than expect... read more
