Monica greeted me after a stress experience at the car dealer service department. She assured me that they would take care of my air conditioner. It was handled while I waited! I left and felt relieved and satisfied!
My car was in need of multiple services and another auto care company didn’t keep my appointment so I called and Ken was able to get me in immediately! He was transparent about price and services without the high pressure up sale. He got me out in the time that was given. The whole time from start to beginning Monica was the best with customer service This is definitely my new place to take my vehicles. I would suggest asking for Ken or Monica, he’s a genuine and professional guy!
Great customer service I added a few items and it was completed quickly and low prices compared to dealerships.
As soon as I come Monica is the first person I talked to and she’s the best! She’s definitely a people person which makes the whole process better. Ken always provides the best service with full transparency. He’ll always be thorough with information. While Monica was absent Cesar stepped up to show the same care and professionalism! This is my go to place now thank you Monica and Ken for excellent customer care!
