I moved down to the Imperial Beach area and I still make the drive to this Firestone because of their customer service, never have I had a bad experience with them, they know how to take care of the customer and your car.

My car was towed in because of two flat tires. You suggested replacing all four tires, which I did. I asked your agent if they found anything wrong with the two tires. He said, "I heard hissing," That's all. They also might have checked the spare tire, mounted on the outside back of the vehicle. It had essentially no air in it when I picked up the vehicle.
I had a very similar experience as sb legitness review. dealing with Chris a while back he was rude to me and my wife about the parking as well and when I tried to use my Firestone credit card for a oil change he told me you need to use a credit card for a oil change?
