I purchased a lifetime wheel alinement here and they took great care of me on everything else. It ended up selling me on using firestone for my regular maintenance.
This is one mechanic shop that I actually trust not to try to oversell or upsell me. They are priced on the high side, but I know that anything they do is 100% right or they will make it right.
Convenient and easy. Dropped car off and new tires were on and ready within the hour. Price compared to other local chains
Never use these quacks!!! Took my car in because it barely started. They said the battery was bad-although it had been checked 3 weeks before- and replaced it. Then they called me to say the alternator was also bad. They replaced it too for a total of $463. Two days later my car won't start and now they decide the starter has miraculously also gone bad!! They wanted $560 for it. I had it towed to someone who is respectable and has a clue.
Rip-off be aware if you take your car for inspection they have very few customer and they find away to overcharge you I was supposed to pay $68 for inspection end it up to pay $210 I did not mind if it was something major but they charged me because my fog light was not working and they made me to pay them just to remove it, my wife took the car to location in robinson, and they were going to even charge more so I went myself and had a huge argument with very rude manager, one more time do your research before you choose thi... read more
On Monday I made an appointment to come in Friday at 10 am to have 4 Firestone tires installed. Showed up on time. My car still wasn't in at 11am - status per manager: 'we'll get to it soon'. At 11:30am I asked why with a 10am appointment my car was still out in the parking lot. Manager said they hadn't had any open bays. I pointed out that at least 4 cars had been moved in, but not mine. I got my car tire changed with them. They did a good job. The guy told me they had two types of tire. First one was way cheaper than second one. And when I asked them whats the difference between them, and why is there so much difference in price, they did not fill me with enough information. But they did a good job and also installed it pretty quickly. So I would give them 3 stars
The staff that works at this Firestone is very professional and knowledgeable. They are always very honest in helping me what work is required and what can wait depending on my budget.
Had vehicle inspected, got fuel cleaning service, fuel filter changed, an alignment and an oil change. They advised their inspection revealed I needed new upper and lower front ball joints and when they do that , they change out the sway bar linkage. They could not fo an alignment due to this needing repaired, understandable. I held off, brought it home, next day I decided to take a look. My findings , right sway bar linkage broke in half.
