I called this morning and asked if I could get a tire repair I was told yes I asked if I needed a appt I was told no just come in. so I get there a little b4 5:00pm and was told they couldn't do it today come tomorrow at 9am. well when I called I wasn't told don't come at 5 bc we can't do it I was told "we close at 6. The employees are so helpful and nice... they explain things and prices are more than fair!! I was going to the dealership for things forever and recently transitioned my car needs to Firestone... no looking back!! 😊 great customer service and professionalism as well.
I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement at all. When i finally opened the shop door and asked was there anyone to help out in the lobby..the answer i was given was yeah its me and im the only one here...mind you i had scheduled an appointment on line.when i said i have an appointment he said we don't take aappointments my response was well it shouldn't be a option on line then...he was rude and lacked customer service skills.
