Took my care here for flat repair (3-22-26) Got my car back scratches on my rim was none when I dropped it off car only has 7000 miles on Probably pointless to call them they are just going to say it happens when you dismount a tire Discount tire has done the same work with no scratches
I got in my car and had a tire almost flat. I just purchased 4 new tires in December 2025 so I called the store I bought them at and told them my issue. He said to bring it over and they will look at it. I got there and they were helpful and friendly. My tire had a nail in through the sidewall and wasn't fixable. I purchased the warranty when I bought the new tires and glad I did. They replaced it free, only having to purchase the warranty on the new tire. Been in an handful of times and aways have the best experience, will for sure be back. Very kind and helpful! Updating after a couple years. I love this location. I recently went to another location. Although they did help, I didn’t feel as satisfied. I really appreciate everything the staff here does for me and my cars.
Quick efficient service
To whom it may concern; My daughter brought the car up to you to get a headlight bulb changed. How can you charge her $ 70 to change one bulb. I will never bring another vehicle to you to get worked on again. And I will tell my 3,500 followers not to go to Firestone and tell there followers not to go to get any service do by you guys. You should be ashamed to charge a woman $70 . Sincerely Richard Anderson
