Will and his staff have always been A+ service. I bought the tires thinking I’d never have to be back here until I need a new ones, but I’ve had a nail in the tire, tires got off balance, And the team here treat you like he just spent 1 million bucks even though it’s just part of their service process. Highly recommend them.
Honest, quick & efficient!
Go to a different Firestone. Manager here will try to nickel and dime you for anything. Came in for a scheduled alignment and as he was listening to what I was saying, he told service tech to write it up as an I section instead of an alignment since I had already paid for the free lifetime alignment. This wouldn’t be the first time this Firestone location tried to get out of doing the free alignment and charge me for something else.
This particular franchise is amazing. The staff is very helpful and keeps in contact with you. Jeff and Will are fabulous! This is the only shop I will take my truck.
Rayen is the man that make this place best mechanic service in the area. that was long time ago. They brought this new guy with the beard that is so mean and rude. If u don't like ur job just stay home. We need rayen back
