This store has the nicest employees and are always so helpful. Tech Brandon is awesome and so is Jason the manager. They always go above and beyond!
I’ve been going to Firestone for years and cannot say enough great things about this place. Their customer service is second to none. The repair team is knowledgeable and happy to explain things prior to and after the repairs/services. Management doesn’t just sell you what they want; but they take the time to understand your needs and provide quality solutions to your problems at a fair price.
I was ready to hit the highway when I realized that I had a low tire. Thankfully , you are open on Sunday & were able to help me! You saved my vacation!
