I will never come back to this location AGAIN!! We took our car in and told them the brakes were grinding and knew they would have to be replaced. So we dropped out off at 9am and my husband told them the issue. Of course I’m at work and couldn’t fully speak with them when they called listing a whole page of issues they said was wrong, so I told them to do the brakes and that’s it. Had a tire repair and had me in and out in 30 min! Jeff and Will were extremely helpful. I appreciate all their help. Always so welcoming! Been to several firestones in the area and this is the best one by far!

Staff is very knowledgeable and caring for your needs. Always trying to guide you in the best direction on making decisions about your vehicle's repair decisions. I have been coming to Firestone for over 35-40 years. I always feel like I'm dealing with family who actually look out for you. Jason and Will are great managers whom I have dealt with for many, many years. At this visit, I was introduced to a new associate (Jeff) who was a pleasure to work with.
BLUF: DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE CROOKS. FRAUDULENT INSPECTION IN AN ATTEMPT TO OVERCHARGE FOR COMPLETELY NON-EXISTENT ISSUE. I have not usually had this experience at a Firestone, but I came to this location for a routine brake repair and was told by that my rear breaks had a leaking break line, seized calipers, and needed rotor/pad replacement post inspection.
