Been coming to this Firestone store for decades now. All of my cars have been serviced here. The techs are honest and they do good work. Oil changes, tire rotations every 5000 miles, and other work and repairs as the need arise. Jeff B the service manager is great.
My husband and I trust this Firestone shop for some years now to keep his car and my van on the road at 165,000 miles now. It’s not cheap to get auto repairs but it’s an investment. I went to a wanna be Firestone in Toledo that screwed my van repairs up. Woodhaven Firestone took it in and repaired Toledo’s bad work for free. So they do take care of you and honor their warranty! Also, they don’t take as long as the dealership to get work done. This is my preferred shop to date.
