Total scam. Place is totally dishonest put the wrong filter in my car because they didn’t check to see that I got a new car. Sold us tires when we didn’t need them and the technician actually said that my tires must’ve been defective because he replaced them in November and in March they needed to be replaced again. I have proof that he replaced the front tires and now the back tires need to be replaced but they never checked. They wanted to charge me full price after telling me they sold me defective tires! I just had my vehicle serviced at Firestone and again I am very happy with their work. I was a little pressed for time and the team accommodated me and got the work done fast! The timeframe to get the work done was exactly as they quoted me. They are very courteous and always go out of their way to do a great job at this shop! I also want to mention that I observed a belligerent customer getting loud with the Service Manager of the location. This place is horrible I just had a flat tire and they wouldn't give me air! Thanks so much for your help! I had to drive to a gas station and my tire came off my rim! If they just could of let me use their air I wouldn't of had to now have my car towed! It was air I was asking for nothing else! When did people become so mean and insensitive?
