The manager not only treated me like I was dumb, but also gave me a completely WRONG diagnosis on my car. Two days ago I went in because my check engine light came on. Needed a tire plugged. Simple task. Hole wasn’t in the side wall. Easy job. They tried convincing my wife it couldn’t be plugged and she needed a new tire. She knew it was bs and left. If you are looking for someone to upsell you on something you don’t need Firestone Complete Auto Care is the place for you.
Tried to get a NJ state inspection at this Firestone location. I was told they only accept cash (around $80) and don't even do the inspection there- the vehicle is taken to a different location for the inspection and it takes 1 hour. It seemed fishy, so I went elsewhere.
