Bought tires online and retailer recommended this location for installation. My appointment was for 6pm, but staff called me to please come in earlier. I made arrangements to get there earlier, got there around 4:30pm. I was approached by the store manager (Adam, I believe) which had a cocky attitude. Quick inefficient mechanics and advisors.
Great Service and attention to detail
Brought car in for wheel alignment. I purchased four new tires at this location within the past year. Two days too late to use my supplemental service warrently on the tires. After the wheel alignment, I was informed I needed new brake pads and rotors. I refused this service. Instead, I took my vehicle to a Volvo dealer. The brakes were in perfect condition.
