It seems like my daughter is getting the run around and her car is not completely fixed. Her battery died, AAA replaced it, it worked for a few hrs but all the technology (rear camera, radio, etc) didn’t work and then the car shut down. She called AAA and it was towed to Firestone. She was told she had a bad alternator which wore down the new battery. New Store Manager: ROB is very customer friendly and this Firestone CARE Center is well managed. Also, he is a careful listeners and will get my cars in good running conditions. I appreciate the excellent customer service. DARIO the front desk representative also makes good service suggestions and helps customers.

Terrible experience, no awareness or respect for customers, they make appointments that they don’t keep then take all day to do simple tasks. They lied to me about when my car would be ready and will also try to charge you for parts you don’t need. Avoid at all cost.

Please never go to Firestone on city Ave. The worst service ever. Had my oil changed for $113 dollars. They never told me how much until the work was done. I told them to put my old oil back in my car. I am a senior citizen on a very fixed income and I am a woman. They took advantage of me. The manager called me said he would call me back and never did. I feel like a fool who got screwed without the grease. They can change managers but the thief mentality is the same. I pray people willl find someone and somewhere else for c... read more

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for 10am, my car was not serviced until 11:30am. After it was serviced, I got handed a paper with what looks like a child’s hand writing. Nobody explained what what wrong with the car or what recommended service needed to be done until I asked over & over again. I also had a gift card which they wouldn’t take. Save time & go to the one in Ardmore. I would’ve went today if they weren’t booked. This place is a hot mess
