My Experience at Firestone was good overall I would definitely recommend my friends
I am so glad I paid the extra for hazard insurance when I bought my tires here. I had a flat and it was so easy to get it plugged (luckily) and my spare neatly put back in place. The employees were very efficient and friendly especially Pablo.
Spoke on the phone to a gentleman Sunday about a slow tire leak on one tire. They gave me an 11am appointment Monday. Show up for my appointment and was told it would be a 3 HOUR wait... That's absolutely insane! It's as if they don't think people have schedules and work. I will never attempt to use their services again and I hope my review gives people pause.
Lamar lied & said their lifts only goto 6k when corporate verified they were 10k. He just didn't want to work on a bigger vehicle. Our company uses Wheels for our fleet maintenance management & we let them know & will not be bringing any of our trucks to Firestone ever again.
