I came in for tires and the group was honest and fast! I would recommend to anyone!
Dishonest company, will never use again. Told us oil was dirty and dipstick very low, Took car home, checked dipstick, oil was perfect and clean as just had oil change recently at accura dealership. Also had damaged one tire, and they told us had to replace all FOUR tires,, as all wheel drive car. Just checked with accura, a LIE, only needed maximum of 2 tires
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! I highly would NOT recommend going to this Firestone Auto Care shop. Or any for that matter. A few months ago, I went in for one thing, and left without that work done, but instead, with a recommended services invoice for $4000, which, for the context of my review, included 8 parts (there was a few other parts but those are not what this is about). I'm looking at the total for the parts from the invoice, and for those 8 parts alone, it comes to a total of $1750.92. I just spent the last 20 minu... read more
