I came to Firestone last week to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed. They were upfront about the cost and estimated it would take 2.5 hours, which was extremely accurate. I already had a tire in mind to purchase, but it seemed like they would walk you through recommendations for your car. Highly recommend making an appointment! Because people use Firestone as a auto body shop, if you roll up with a flat tire, it could take 2 hours to get it fixed, depending on how many cars they have. DO NOT GO HERE!! i cannot stress this enough. I took my car here against my better judgment because it was a Sunday and I needed it fast. wasn’t even fast and then they quoted me almost $1500. took it to another mechanic who was just as flabbergasted as i was. almost nothing wrong with the engine. just had to pop the intake hose back on. second mechanic fixed for FREE.
Lamar was great! He explained everything, was very helpful and transparent about costs and estimates. They were able to complete all the services I needed in a timely fashion.
It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. If you look at this review and you still go, you set yourself up for failure! They are scamming in there!!! got quoted $3000 for a repair went to the dealership and the same repair was $1000 cheaper. How are you charging more than a dealership???? I’ve been going to that location for the last eight years and as a Firestone card holder, I won’t be going back. And no this is not the only situation. Just the one that threw me over the top.
