Avoid...its cheaper to tow your vehicle to another location. – This place is a rip off. They charge for refurbished parts at the price of a new part. Second, they over charge by the hour. Forget customer service, if they at least would be fair on their pricing. I would believe what people write on here and not think that anyone is upset because they didn't get their way. If you want to pay $450 dollars for an alternator (refurbished) which should cost 150-170 plus the rest in labor then you are nuts. Good luck.

Lousy Service, Stay Away! – I went to this Firestone on Voss and Westheimer on April 28, 2010. I came to this place for only 2 things. Oil change and State Inspection. I came at around 8:30 a.m. and they told me it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hour. So I waited at McDonalds, and returned to the place at around 10:05 a.m. I asked them if my car is almost ready. Worst Garage I've ever been to – I normally don't write negative reviews - I know that everyone has a bad day and that everyone makes a mistake here or there... but they botched my visit so badly, I felt it was necessary to share my story and warn other would-be patrons of this shop.
