Used to be a trustworthy place. They care so little about their customers they won't even sweep the carpet. Visible dirt all over. Too busy overcharging for unnecessary work. Will have you waiting for no real reason. Customers service is phony smiles and no action.
I set an online appointment for 2pm and I sat for over an hour & no one looked @ my car, horrible customer service & wait time. I left & went to pep boys, I will never do business with this company again
Wish I would've checked the reviews before trusting them. Called before sending my husband there on a tow truck. Emphasized that this was an emergency as we have children and would need a tire patch if possible to get us back up and running. I was assured by the woman on the phone that if he could arrive before 7pm they would service him. I told her it would be tight but he would be there. She said she'd look out for him.
