I’ve been a loyal customer for at least 20 years, spending thousands of dollars, but the last three visits have gradually gotten worse. They nickel and dime the customer, only looking out for the company. The managers have no idea how to neutralize a bad situation, they only make it worse. I have made my last purchase.
DO YOUR RESEARCH! I walked in needing one tire and not really being super knowledgeable about cars, and left paying over $900.00. They “recommend” things and convince you that you need things when you actually don’t. It was very believable, they seemed to genuinely care, but I really got scammed. I don’t know if the workers get commission or something for selling you things, but they are certainly convincing and great at it. If you have mediocre or little knowledge about cars please don’t go here!
