Myles helped me today and my dad a few months ago. He did an amazing job explaining what was wrong with my car and steps in the future. I did not feel that he was trying to swindle me into doing something that would cost more money. I really appreciated his expertise and advice. I feel that he is a real asset to this Firestone location and is a very trustworthy employee. Firestone will continue to have my business as long as Myles is on staff.
Did do what they said . Price quoted they tried to charge way more! Make sure everything is in writing and documented! Everyone tryin to cut corners now days with prices but don't screw the consumer
Very professional and friendly.
I came in having a shitty day, one big nail in a tire and 2 other shops that said they couldn't repair it. Amber and Lucas were able to hook me up with 4 new tires and the road warranty, and get it done in about an hour and a half. This was an awesome visit and helped turn my day around. If I didn't live so far away I'd come back to here exclusively. The tires I got were the $96 ones, sure drys I think. They look like good tires
