Terrible experience. I feel completely taken advantage of! I was stuck In that area for the weekend needing my spark plugs changed. I get to Firestone with spark plugs and was told I couldn’t use the ones I already had. Okay that’s fine. But I was also told my Fuel injector and a spark plug needed to be changed. I proceeded to get charged $370 for the fuel pump and the labor. A few weeks later I’m getting the rest of them changed out and it turns out my fuel injector was never replaced.
