Michael is amazing! I came out to leave work tonight and my back tire was completely flat. I called and he got me in right away, which is usually unheard of, especially an hour before they close. I work in retail/customer service and his is top-notch. Will definitely be bring my car here from now on.
I had a flat tire but needed all new tires anyway. They were able to get me 4 new tires right away at 6pm on a weeknight. Very kind and helpful employees.
Scheduled an appointment for a life time wheel realignment after getting new tires installed on my vehicle. This appointment was for 10am. Arrived to the firestone on Moreland rd in Waukesha at approximately 9:55am. Didn't get acknowledged until 10:05am due to two service writers assisting customers. A simple "hello, we'll be with you as soon as possible" would have been great. Our vehicle didn't get driven into the garage until 11:06am (over an hour later than the scheduled appointment!).
