Service was excellent. Personnel were very cordial and helpful. Didn't pressure me, like some auto repair shops have done. Told me what was needed and what could be done next time in. Trust them more than I trust my former auto repair.
Although my team moved from Brooklyn they are still great and I don't mind traveling to LI to have them service my vehicle.
I had an amazing experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Westbury, NY! After a terrible experience with my lifetime alignment package at the Port Jefferson location, I decided to try out this Westbury Firestone for my second alignment, and I'm so glad I did. DO NOT MAKE AN APPT ONLINE! Online states they have appointments up until 6pm but when I called the location to confirm my appointment FOR 6PM that I made, the rep acted surprised that I even called to confirm and stated that she can't control the hours on the website. I was told they only take appts up to 4pm and they close at 7. CHANGE THE HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE!
