Went for state inspection and got my 2011 Ford f150 back with a nasty keylike scratch on driver door. Went to manager and he didn't seem to care. I have filed a damage claim as I do NOT recommend.
I've been coming to this Firestone for years now due to the convenience purposes. I've gone for tire changes, inspections, oil changes, etc. Today I went to drop off my Tesla for an inspection at 1:30PM. Gray checked me in and I had no issues with her. I usually have no issues with any of the service advisors who check me in. I figured 1:30 was plenty of time, as the car doesn't need an emissions test.
