Your so called techs have no clue what they are doing. Apparently they don’t have the skill level required to do their job. Your store service manager is not only obnoxious, She is as useful as cologne on a goat. More interested is trying to sell me $2,000 worth of products I don’t need then to fix the issue I paid for.
