I got a flat tire today, and since my Tesla doesn’t come with a spare, I needed it repaired before tomorrow morning. Firestone saved the day once again! As always, Mark was amazing—not only was he friendly and helpful, but he also pointed out an issue with my tires that I hadn’t noticed. I really appreciate the excellent service!
Mark was really kind, explained that if there was to be a delay that could happen he would notify immediately. Actually work was done under time estimated. Explained the issue and gave me choices. Very professional!
