Sunday night, 5:55 p.m. I caught a gnarly bolt in my tire. It went from 65 lbs to 33 lbs in less than 3 miles. That's when i pulled into Marks driveway at Firestone. I was greeted with the biggest smile and professional handshake. Mark and his Team jumped into action and even though they were slammed with multiple vehicles and a lobby full of customers, he made me feel reassured.
