I really appreciate this Firestone location. From the moment I spoke with Mark the day before my appointment up until the day after I was treated with the upmost respect. I arrived to have new tires put on my Ford Taurus early and Josh greeted me and quickly took me car in so the technician could get started. I really am so lucky and I HIGHLY recommend this Firestone to ANYONE
The lifetime alignment is a 10/10 for value, especially if you own the vehicle for several years. Best way to get a perfect alignment is to drop the car off in the morning and they'll call when its done, no rush on their end makes the work better.
Extremely professional service team and management, kind, courteous and started finished the job quickly and efficiently.
