Shawn and Diana have been amazing! They were honest and straightforward the entire time. I went to a different Firestone before, and they straight-up lied to my face but Diana kept it real and honest. I truly appreciate that!
I've been taking my car to do oil changes at a non-branch garage around the corner. Because it was Sunday and I needed it now, I went to Firestone. Not connected to the oil change, I've been having this oil pressure light coming on and off for a long time. I have my own scanner, and determined that it wasn't necessarily an engine issue, and my engine was running smoothly and I wouldn't have any reason to think that there was an issue, other than the light being frequently intermittent, which could have been a sensor malfunct... read more
I had a great experience here thanks to Michael's outstanding customer service. He is very attentive, helpful, and explains everything about the vehicle in a clear and friendly way. His professionalism and kindness made the whole process much easier and more comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!
On Sunday, I got a flat tire on I-95 and looked for the nearest Firestone. As I approached the Hollywood location, I realized the store was closing in 10 minutes. I tried anyways and the store team, William, Ryan and Sunny treated me very well; in less than 15 minutes I was driving out with a new tire; professionally done. Thank you for taking care of me; even if it was 10 minutes to closing time!
