They were so helpful! I needed a new battery bad to the point of my car turned off it wouldn't turn back on. I first went to the Stafford location close to 7 there closing time. They unfortunately didn't have the type of battery I needed but were very helpful in calling this location off of Hwy 6 and Ft Bend Tollway, which closes at 10, to check and see if they could help me. Firestone Complete Auto Care provided an excellent experience, and Kyle Manabe was outstanding. The whole team is professional, fast, and very helpful. The service was smooth from start to finish, and Kyle explained everything clearly with great respect and professionalism. The shop is clean, organized, and the staff treats customers very well. Highly recommended — one of the best auto care centers I’ve dealt with.
