Terrible, unskilled technicians that try to sell more parts because of their lack of skills. Could not perform an alignment on my vehicle and blame it on shocks and bushings. Newsflash I just replaced the bushings which is why I brought it in for an alignment and the shocks on a RWD vehicle (not struts) will not cause caster to be way out of adjustment.
