RecommendedPeople here have always treated me great. Their inspections are always right on and they're scheduling is perfect. When they say something is going to be done it's done when they say it is.
Horrible customer service! This has been my go to place for all auto repairs since the very first day this location opened but ever since they changed management and staff I've had nothing but issues. I had an appointment for an oil change and after inspecting my vehicle they refused to perform the service because the oil plug has been outfitted with an EZ Oil Drain Valve stating that they didn't feel comfortable and didn't want to be liable for any leaks. Oil change and tire rotation quick and painless. BUT, for the third time bringing my car in there, they did not remove the skid plate under my 4-Runner( which mind you I replaced all the bolts so they were not rusted in place or stripped) causing drain oil to accumulate on the plate, so after I arrived home, the oil drained off the plate onto my concrete driveway. Nice oil stain on the driveway now. Thanks to FS more work for me.
Took my car to them twice. Spent $500. They didn't fix the issue. My car broke down on Easter with my family in it. These guys are terrible. Local mechanic easily found the issue. Never going back to this place - you shouldn't either!

Terrible service, was told they have a in ground alignment rack (which they do) And they couldn't do my alignment due to my car being "too low" when it's only lowered 3 inches. Had me wait an hour just to tell me this on top of it, waste of my time and money due to having the so called "life time alignment" that I can't even use because their too lazy to try
