Aricel morales did a great job with taking me in servicing my vehicle. He asked me about the firestone credit card I declined because of bad credit but nonetheless he did a very amazing job with details business. He deserves a raise
The workers are friendly and always give good service. Satisfied!
The manager didn’t want to take the time to explain to me why they had to replace studs before they could put a tire on. This added $250 to the bill or more and I needed to know what a stud was. When we spoke, he said three studs needed to be replaced. He told me that he would have to get off the phone with me because he didn’t have time to wait until I understood what needed to be done that he had other callers.
