I have used Firestone for over 30 years and love the tires and service. But the store at Lincoln Avenue in Chicago is the best ever! Always easy in and easy out and the team is helpful and courteous. Julio and Simon are great!
Not satisfied when I was charged shop supply. However nothing was used for alignment. Not such things as grease or towels were used. Was still charged.
