This place is just wonderful, the communication between the mechanics and the management is amazing. They are truly doing a great job in here.
Best Customer Service – I don't usually write reviews, but my experience today at Firestone compels me to do so. My car's check engine light kept coming on and my car was running very rough. As I approached the Firestone I was overwhelmed at the number of cars in the parking lot, leading me to believe they would NEVER get to my car, let alone diagnose the problem. Spectacular Customer Service!! – I have had my share of car troubles over the years, and I was so impressed with the service I recieved this afternoon. I ate lunch at Sonic across the street, and when I started to leave. my car wouldn't go. I called across the street and explained what was happening, and without hesitation, Tim said, "I'll be right over!"
