Twice now I have scheduled online and they wait till the you arrive on the day on the day of the apt to tell you that time slot is not available. I will never use these guys again, they have no respect for the customers time.
My rental car hot engine light went on and Anthony and Anthony were able diagnose there was a coolant leak. It was Sunday and they were busy, but they were very kind to me and helped me to deal with the rental car company.
Not happy with Greensburg Firestone. I took my car for my lifetime alignment and they told me that I needed a bunch of other bthings at super inflated prices. My alignment never lasts more than a few months---maybe forget to tighten something up ???
Don’t look at any of the tires online cause even tho it says in stock they are not at this location. We made an apt and came to drop the car off and everything. Think they would at least call and let us know they don’t carry what they list in stock. Waste of time.
I had the best auto service today. Anthony and his crew were able to fix my AC issue that the dealership I bought it from failed to do, and disclose. They also found an issue that was not disclosed to me when I bought this vehicle. The guys did an awesome job at Firestone! My hat is off to you. Excellent service, everyone explained it in great detail. I will be coming back here for my future vehicle maintenance needs. Again, thank you so much!!
