Justin took his time to explain the process and get me fixed up. Left my car for a couple hours and had it done on time. Highly recommend going to see Justin at Firestone
Justin and Moose were very friendly and helpful. I noticed a major oil leak at night after driving several hundred miles that day heading out of state. Luckily, they had availability and the next morning they got my car in first thing and were able to diagnose the issue quickly and begin working on the repair. Justin took pictures of each step along the way for me and explained the issues well. After a short wait I was back on the road again with a full report of the diagnosis and repair. Overall a great experience!
I rolled in on a Sunday afternoon with a front end shimmy while on a seven-hundred mile trip. Though extremely busy Damian and the staff were able to do a safety inspection prior to their 5:00 PM closing and located what could have been a catastrophic lower A arm bushing failure my Subaru dealer overlooked during a previous safety inspection. I was on a road trip from BC,visiting my daughter and family in Missoula when the Firestone guys came to my rescue.Moose and Justin were ‘on it’,fitting me in on short notice,diagnosing the problem, and keeping me informed along the way.Price was great,no upselling ,and they had me back on the road right on schedule.Thanks so much to the whole team.Would highly recommend Firestone Missoula.
