This was a great experience and I totally trust that my brakes, complete set, will protect me as l drive the MT roads thie winter. Justin, at the front, was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be recommending this Firestone to people needing work done on their cars.

I've used Firestone for years for new tires, front end alignments, and other miscellaneous maintenance. For the first time, I had to use the warranty on a set of tires that I bought. Justin and Damion worked with me on the warranty and got me in a new set of tires the same day. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
I sent my driver to this Firestone to use our alignment package, get an oil change, and tire rotation after driving roughly 30000 miles since getting tires at our Firestone location. The mechanic insisted he wouldn’t do a tire rotation because “it wasn’t needed and they have identical wear front and back”. However, they are very much so unevenly wearing. Where do I start, I was out west traveling 2,000 miles from home and my truck motor had a catastrophic failure. Had it towed here, they fit me in the next day. We had some work done hoping it was the issue, but it wasn’t. At that point I had to schedule a transport company to pick the truck up so I can get it home to get the motor replaced.
