Absolutely do NOT take your car to this shop. I went in for a simple brake pad replacement that should’ve cost around $400, and they tried to hit me with a $1,200 bill for a bunch of extra work I never authorized. They claimed my calipers needed replacing — which they absolutely didn’t — and when I asked for my old parts back, they had the nerve to say I’d have to pay $100 to get them. Are you kidding me? Got me in and done on time as we were going out of town! Very efficient and best shop on town!
I called crying about my shaky car due to messed up rotors and Kevin squeezed me in same day! I was so thankful for him and his team for doing that for me. If you want a service center that cares go to Firestone.
The whole "getting an alignment" process went smoothly. From check in to check out the process was quick and seamless. I highly recommend the Missoula Firestone for auto care.
