These guys were a great and confident help! There are few things more frustrating than being on an expensive out of state hunting trip and having serious car trouble in the mountains. Fortunately, these guy were here to help fix my truck and alleviate my frustration. Kevin and his crew helped me out when I really needed it. They made sure I understood what was going on with the work being performed.
My van broke down on the highway in the middle of the night. The tow truck brought me here and we left a envelope with the key and reason for delivery. They called me first thing in the morning as they opened. They said they would let me know as soon as possible what the problem was. They did exactly as the promised they got the parts in and replace the alternator and battery. And we're back on the road again! Thanks again Firestone You're the best!
