1,500 miles from home, the Firestone guts gave us great advice to NOT pay them to do work that may not be needed. Their honesty and knowledge made us feel so much better about our trip home. When my daughter comes here in the fall for college, she'll be bringing her car here!
Called them through the phone told them what I needed done they said there gonna order the parts went in there thinking it’s gonna take em a few days nope only a day and a half which is good got everything done that I needed so I appreciate them for doing so also Damien was the one who helped me
We were on a cross country trip to pick up a camper when we developed a slow leak in one of our tires that started developing into a fast leak. Late Saturday night and nobody open. Found Firestone carried Sunday hours. We filled our tire that went almost flat overnight and limped into Firestone. The guys there were friendly and told us they would get us in ASAP.
