Had a blowout in the middle of the night. Had my car towed herebecause it was close. They were short staffed today but we're able to get me taken care of and on the road again. I am very happy with the service I received and will certainly be back!!
The morning of our move from Coeur d’Alene to San Diego we had a new passenger front tire put in. Once we got on the 90 east to head south, we noticed our tire Making an extremely loud noise. So we stopped here in Missoula and had them look at it. Turns out the shop who put our new tire on didn’t tighten the lug nuts. All of the lug nuts on that tire were not even finger tight. I don’t write reviews. I’m on a road trip across country and my a/c compressor went to shit in the middle of the trip. I spent all day trying to find a mechanic who could help me get back on the road, all don’t work on the weekends and are unavailable lol. Last resort was Firestone, Moose and Cody were unbelievable! Not only was I able to drop the car off same day, they got the serpentine belt and AC compressor fixed and replaced in under 2 hours! 100% recommend if you’re in the area and need a quick fix!
