I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rick and his team to anyone who needs car care. My experience was memorable because Rick took the time to listen to my needs and was able to provide what I needed. I never felt pressured or talked down to. Highly recommended.
I typically dont have any problem with this location, but when did service centers start requiring tires to be new to mount and balance them? Stranded on a sunday when most repair centers are closed and they wont put my used tire on my loose wheel, even though the loose wheel had a Blizzak on it that was purchased from them. Would they have said no if i drove the car in for a snow tire swap? Do they expect people to buy all new tires every season now?
Bunch of hacks. Basically held my truck hostage when I told them I didn't like the price and wanted a second opinion. Got my truck back and it drives worse than it did before I took it in. They claim they did work but I doubt it. They're a bunch of amateurs do not take your car here. Find a mechanic who actually knows what they're doing.
Paul and the guys were very helpful. Rear brake pads and rotors replaced during Sunday’s snow storm within a couple hours.
The Sunday crew were super fast efficient and friendly, saved me money on a tire and serviced quickly in a blizzard! Will absolutely be returning for any future needs.
