The staff was friendly made the appointment online. All the work was done right the first time would definitely recommend this location to others.
Paul was rude and he wasn't completely honest about my situation. Tried to go over charge me. He was supposed to order a refurbished rim for my vehicle. He never did because he wanted to sell me a brand new one. So I went to Conrad's and it was almost half the price that I was quoted from Paul at Firestone. Firestone has lost my business
