We came in to see why my small truck was vibrating as I drove and increased at higher speeds. After test driving with Aiden a young mechnic, it was determined that Ball joints were the issue and then it was confirmed. Aiden was very helpful and a really nice guy.
I was in a pinch and needed to air up my tire and Erin Heft HIGHLY recommended this place and let me tell you, Brian was there and he was a super helpful handy guy with a crew to back it up with quality customer service! Always making sure I was comfortable and it was a delight conversating with them while I waited...which wasn't long at all! Quick and efficient, I HIGHLY recommend this place as well!

I generally have always liked the Firestone service I've gotten. Lifetime alignments are an awesome deal. I went in for a flat issue with my tire and they fixed the leaking valve stem. I also got the 9.99 brief inspection and tire rotation, which was also an amazing deal, even though they did not actually check my dipstick and marked oil condition in green, not red. They would have seen my oil is BLACK and LOW if they checked haha. Luckily I know, but would be sad for someone who didn't know to check their oil every fill up.... read more
