Excellent customer service. Very smart, helpful and skilled technicians as well. I strongly recommend this shop.
The work itself and basic interactions seemed fine. The communication with me seemed confused between reception and technicians. These points - work begun before estimate provided - alignment report not included - prices a little higher than competitor in area for same tires - other work suggestions not actually required when tested

Quick and easy to book an appointment online. They reached out to warn me that the tires that I ordered may not be there in time for the appointment I made. Switched to a later time the same day I wanted and everything worked out well. They were fast and efficient getting the tires on and me back out the door. Lots of communication every step of the way.
