RecommendedOscar and Chris are always very professional and honest. After some awful experiences as a woman at other car care centers/tire vendors, I happened upon Firestone a couple of years ago. I don’t ever feel taken advantage of or condescended here, and I really appreciate how straightforward the staff are. Highly recommend, especially if, like me, you’re a woman who’s exhausted with the misogyny in the world of car ownership.
Fire the arrogant and disrespectful manager what could not care whether he kept my business or not.

Great service good employees
Got a flat while in Boston. Drop my rim/tire off at Firestone in West Roxbury. They call me hours later at 4pm to tell me they don’t have the tire I need in stock. Why they didn’t tell me when I dropped the rim off to them? No idea. They were so unhelpful, unapologetic and rude. Got home safely after driving home from Boston on a spare tire. Why me 😖 Luckily I have an appointment first thing tomorrow morning to get a new tire.
Although the don’t usually work on trailers. Thanks to Service Manager/Store Manager Joe and service tech Jose for taking care of me.
Went there to get a tire fixed, they gave me an estimate for 502 dollars for a bunch of unnecessary repairs I didn't need done. Told me they wouldn't fix the tire unless I agreed to all the other charges. So I took my car to Rossy gas and they replaced my tire for 60 bucks!
I came here to get my tires changed. Great service and very helpful employees!
