Shannon was very helpful. I called earlier in the day to see if they had time to check my tires for me as I thought I picked up a nail. She explained they were very busy but said to bring it over on my break. I did , she greeted me like I was the only customer there . Took care of my tires right away... gave me some very helpful advice re: air pressure and I was on my way. Clunking sound, supposedly "dry" rear shocks. (They're supposed to be dry.) Kia says nothing wrong with shocks, tighten all bolts, wash car, and I go home no charge, no sound. Firestone wanted $390 to replace two rear shocks because of "system failure-required". The fact that they think shocks for a car cost $152 each is a joke in itself. Never to return again.
They will fuck you over!!!! They make your car have more problems than what it came in with. The store manager is an asshole. Oh yeah, if you're a woman, they think you're stupid. Fuck them! I'm suing their ass!
