I appreciated that they were open on Labor Day and were able to get my car in within the hour to repair a tire for me. They also filled my washer fluid, which was unexpected and great! The people were amazing. Thank you.
Horrible customer service. Don’t ever go there. I made an appointment with all my information and they got it wrong again and again. Everything from my name, make and model the address even the type of oil change I wanted. So they did the wrong oil change and did absolutely nothing to fix it. Just a “im sorry”. Will never go there again. And who charges 90.00 dollars for a oil change if it isn’t full synthetic. Total rip off and waste of time. Oil change took an hour on top of it. I have been using Firestone for years now and I absolutely love them. Chris the service advisor I worked with was fantastic very helpful he wasn't high pressure detailed the differences between the repairs needed and suggested maintenance items so I could make informed decisions that fit within my budget. They are always quick to get me in and get me back on the road without breaking the bank.
