I came in today for a lifetime alignment and Norman and his staff provided excellent customer service. I will need some tires soon and there was no high pressure sales, which I liked a lot. I will come back when it's time to replaced them.
The staff at this is very friendly. I want give a special thanks to Corey his attitude is the best.
If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. Basically, I brought in my Tesla, and I'm pretty sure people are judging me already just because I brought a Tesla thinking I have all the money in the world. I came with a nail on the sidewall of my tire. I called before I came there to ask if they charge for checking, and they said no they would check with spray to see if tire leaking before charging anything. The worst place to leave your car if you want car here all day bring it here we had came right in the morning when they had opened and we were told that it was gonna be ready by 1 o'clock. We came at 2 o'clock to give him an extra hour, and they were barely picking up the truck to do an alignment.
