Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and didn't get the tire rotation.
Was having issues with a battery I purchased here less than 2 years ago. Had my car battery under warranty. Was told by Oscar no charge for anything, including the battery. At check out was charged for labor. Communication is key. If they would have communicated that there was a labor fee, it would've been fine. Definitely not happy. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.
I took my car in for some work { brakes, rotors, bushing, shock replacement, rotation, and alignment} but when it came time for me to pick up my car from the shop I immediately notice that they never rotated my tires, as well as, when I started to drive the vehicle there was a rattling sound coming from underneath my steering wheel.
