They actually got me a tire from another store to get my car repaired by labor day!
They did eveyrthing right, however, forgot to fill up the coolant reservior container and for that I had to go there next day. They did a thourough quality assurance check and filled up the container as well, but it unnecessarily took my 2 hrs. of time next day. Apart from that, service was top notch. Very transparant, no gimmics.
Not honest. Wasting my time. I took the car to Firestone, whose staff tricked me to go to the store to fix a nail on my new car and quoted $29 price. When I got there, Firestone told me that they were not allowed per Company policy to fix the nail for the car make and offered to sell me a new tire. No amount of great customer service can ever stop today from being top on the Worst Days List, but the men at Firestone gave me a reason to smile, which of course made me cry, but I appreciate them all so much. Milton explained everything clearly on the phone and got me handled when I got to the store, Oscar amazingly helped me get the best price and fastest service, Joseph changed my tire quickly, and Gabriel checked me out with so much kindness and professionalism. They were honestly heroes for me today. Thank you!
Worked with Oscar and he is honest and helpful. You're clear what needs to be done but he doesn't promote profit before good customer service. Wish there were more places like this with individuals like Oscar.
