I had an excellent experience at Firestone in Fort Lauderdale. The service was amazing from start to finish. Lizzy took great care of me and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Lou was also very helpful and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s hard to find customer service like this nowadays. I highly recommend this location and want to thank Lizzie and Louis for their outstanding service

We've been coming here since 2016, they have a good staff and well priced services. My windshield wiper nozzle needed to be replaced and they told me to order one and he'd put it on for us. Great customer service Kyle!
