This is the 2nd time I've gone to this establishment to get an oil change and tires rotated only to pay for a service that was not performed. The first time I paid for tire rotation and paid registered for the lifetime balance and alignment package only to get home and realize that my tires were not rotated. The 2nd time I checked before I left and went back in and notified Clarence, who assisted me on both occasions, that my tires once again had not been rotated.
