I came here to get a part repaired. Another part broke. And this auto shop didn't take responsibility for it. And I didn't like the way they talked to the customer.
I had put a review previously for which i have to face with the unprofessional behaviour of michelle. I highly recommend not to go reasons 1) very high pricing- everything you ask is 700 or more. Changing ball joint 760, changing cambrr link -720, changing inner tie rod 780. 2) If you act according to michelle she will be the best person or else you are in trouble 3) I went there more than 5 time for fixing my alignment but still facing problem. First said change camber link. I did so but again had to change to after market ... read more

Michele and Ben are amazing!! I love the hospitality all the personalities of the staff, they know who we are and they always make sure that we’re well taken care of! I always recommend coming to Firestone to my family and friends
