I’ve been to 2 separate firestones in the last 2 days and the cottleville location absolutely blows both of the other stores out of the water , management was quick and kind to get me in and get my truck in the shop before I sat down. HUGE thanks to Mr . Salman he was very quick to make sure my truck was set up under my correct fleet account and get my truck into the shop!
I’m traveling out of state today. My tires were rotated before I left home, but the dealership failed to check the alignment before they sent me on my way, in Iowa. Salman got me right in & fixed my alignment issue! So truly appreciated.
