Came in with an appointment already set at 8am and thinking it will be quicker because of already having the appointment. Well clearly not, came in after 3 hours and saw 3 other people already paying when I was here before them. So what’s the point of having an appointment in the first place? Not mad just curious as to why you all have appointments in the first when it won’t get done.
Had a tire blow out this morning while driving. Went straight to Firestone and they were so great! They showed me the most affordable tires and made sure that I had a good one. They also checked my other tires and had my car done in just a few hours. The store manager, Salman, was absolutely delightful and kind. Thanks, all!

I’ve been taking my Fleet cars to the Cottleville store for almost a year now, and ever since they’ve hired Salman as the new store manager, I have to say, things have really improved for the better. I’ve been getting exceptional service from these guys. Their customer service has been top notch. Even if I have a last minute issue with my vehicle, they take me in right away.
