Terrible service. They never contacted us to say our car was ready and by the time we realized they were already closed. The attendant says they called and left a voicemail but neither of us had a missed call or a voicemail. Every other Firestone location I’ve been to sends you an email when your service is complete, but not this one. Also, part of our scheduled service was to get an inspection done and they told us upon arrival that they wouldn’t be able to do the inspection until next month. Great customer care and quick service, thanks Dan.
After having my car completely stop starting, I was able to have my vehicle towed to Firestone and have them check out the issue on the same day, find the issue AND fix the issue before I was even off of work. Steve and Dan, were very helpful, clear in what needs to be done, the price that was needed to be paid, and the work was done quickly and correctly. Highly recommend this location, and will absolutely be returning in the future if I need work done!

I brought my 2023 Subaru here to get 2 tires and an oil change. While they were doing their inspection, they noticed a bolt on my control arm was so loose that it was almost off completely. The only thing holding it on was the loose bolt and a cotter pin. I’m so thankful for them identifying this and taking care of it immediately. We are taking my car to Indianapolis and that could have been devastating. They have earned my business on all future repairs to mine and my wife’s cars. Thank you Firestone!
