They lost an employee an hour before my appointment, and the manager was trying to keep everyone happy. When I suggested coming today instead, he left it up to me for my convenience. Today, they got my car fixed and on the road in the exact window they quoted. It drives better, and the visit was hassle free.
I went there because a different place told me my rear transmission seal was leaking but Firestone was thorough and honest and told me it was not leaking. Great customer service, awesome people!
I showed up angry at one of your competitors, and I could not have possibly gotten better treatment by your team. I operate 4 vehicles, one fleet vehicle and I have found a new auto shop. I want to send a big shout out to Steve and the team - who were busy and could have turned me away. Instead, they made a new customer!
I came to Firestone because Midas repeatedly “fixed my brakes” only to come back with more noises each time. Dan at the Main Street O’Fallon Firestone helped me figure out that it was because they had installed my brakes the wrong way, and also was able to inform me about my suspension too. I really appreciate his kindness, speed, and patience that he gave me today and will definitely be coming back anytime I have car issues!!
