The staff from one day to the next is not consistent whatsoever. The manager (Dan) this day completely didn't want to be there. Ate and played on his phone for the whole time I was there (over 1 hour). He was annoyed by other staff speaking to him. Absolutely pathetic choice in who runs your business. I will 100% NEVER go back to Firestone O'Fallon.
Inspection and oil change were quick and well done
Very helpful. I came in after getting work done somewhere else and they fixed the other shops mistakes.
