Great customer service cool workers
I had a flat tire and needed it fixed asap so came to this Firestone and they got me in without an appointment and had me in and out in an hour! I’ve been to other locations but this one is the best bc Anthony and Logan were so great!! Very helpful and very nice! It’s so hard to find people who you can trust to be doing a good job, but you can trust them! So happy with my experience there!
They cancelled my first appointment because the technician didn’t show up then I had to schedule a new appointment time which is a week later, 20 minutes before my appointment time they called me to cancel my appointment again due to the same reason technician didn’t show up!
Was greated upon entering. Employe listened closely. Offered options, and explained them. Repair was service was timely.
