I went just to get air in my tires. Derrick took care of me. No waiting plus he was very kind and polite would not take a tip I really appreciate the kindness

I was very satisfied with the expert service and customer care that I was given. I got a great deal on new tires and the tech called to let me know of a couple of other things that needed attention. I trust them completely to service my vehicles and appreciate the extra time they took to inspect other possible problems. Thank you, you’re the best!
They lost an employee an hour before my appointment, and the manager was trying to keep everyone happy. When I suggested coming today instead, he left it up to me for my convenience. Today, they got my car fixed and on the road in the exact window they quoted. It drives better, and the visit was hassle free.
I went there because a different place told me my rear transmission seal was leaking but Firestone was thorough and honest and told me it was not leaking. Great customer service, awesome people!
