Worst upsales Ive ever seen. Went in with a nail in the rear driverside. I said replace both rear tires. They came back and said ok we replaced both rear but the nail was in the front. I mark my tires. They didnt notice.And the nail was in the side wall right were I found it. I didnt tell them to even touch the front.Since when do you take off all four tires when the customer says only rear. Tried to pressure me into buying front ones. Worst service I've ever had. Went to NTB for new fronts a few months later and had great s... read more
