My experience was excellent. I had a flat tire on a new Jeep and didn't know if I had road hazard insurance. Eddie and Bill helped with everything and even offered me lunch! This was the best customer service I have had in years...and I was a customer service agent a few years back. I cannot thank the staff at this location enough for their professionalism and eagerness to help.
Over charged bad customer service. Went to location down the street same thing. Scammed into getting a firestone credit card. Went to centerville location and left with no service just a waste of time.
