I booked an appointment for an oil change on line and I had confirmation available. I went into the store at 8:00 a.m. this morning and the gentleman looked at me and said you do not have an appointment. I showed him my phone with the confirmation and he just looked at me and said he had no available appointments. . I said is this center of New England and he said yes but he could not do an oil change. He was very rude on top of it all.
