I made an appointment for 3 pm I arrived and was told they were 15 minutes behind - I said ok It’s 4:30 pm and 1 1/2 hours later from my appointment and they are just gonna take my car to service - I’m never coming back here !!!
I have been going to Fountain Valley Firestone for over 10 years. I trust their mechanics and the excellent management at this store. Wade is a top notch manager who treats his customers right and expects nothing but the best from his mechanics and for his customers. They will not over sell you, and will always have your best interest in mind. They have always helped to keep my car in excellent running condition!
