The customer service at this galleria mall firestone location was excellent. We had an appointment and were helped right away, Luigi M explained everything carefully and went out of his way to make sure we left happy from our visit. After our inspection, he offered a solution and got what we needed fixed right away, we appreciate you Luigi!
Very quick service. Luigi was very kind and helpful!
Luigi and TJ were very helpful. They checked my tire and showed me exactly where the nail was. They didn’t try to force me to get anything done with them like other places do. I had a warranty with another place that was closed today but will definitely return here when I need new tires.
