Came in here earlier this morning and Shanti was very nice/helpful until Josh came. Josh yelled at me for asking for a discount then pushed opening a credit card with them. Never been treated so badly by a manager of a business. Please don’t yell at your customers especially in front of their friend. Will be sharing my experience with my community.
Came to get oil changed right when they opened. Said it would be done in no longer then an hour. After the hour had passed I asked if it was ready. They told me they were still waiting on the oil to be delivered and had just got a ETA on the oil. I was in the shop the entire time and they never mentioned this to me. Overcharged me by $50 compared to my last oil change. Hate to see what happens when it's more then an oil change. Google Won't let me give negative stars. Won't be coming back anytime soon.
