Good service
The care was spot on! They found the rattle, got the oil changed & tires rotated very quickly. They recommended two new tire soon but we are going to give it time & get all four done soon. My only complaint would be they forgot to put the reminder sticker up on my windshield. But that isn't something to lower the points for. Thanks guys for taking such good care of us.
I had a great experience with Firestone. The staff member Aldo was super helpful, explained exactly what was going on with my tire, and didn’t charge me for the inspection. It’s refreshing to find a place that’s honest and genuinely wants to help.
