Fast and efficient fixing my truck

I set an appointment to get a leaking tire fixed. It was early in the day and I set the appointment for 3:00 pm. I live very close so could have come whenever. I arrived at 2:56pm but they didn’t take my cat in until 4:45. Seems no one was in a hurry. But come on …I could have stayed st home until 4:30 and then driven there. 2+ hours to fix a flat?
