Needed alignment for an upcoming trip. Set an appt online the night before and got confirmation the morning after that I can bring it in. Got the lifetime one and such a deal. Aldo took care of us. Hes so pleasant and glad I went to Firestone. Got the lifetime alignment from pep boys before and only used it once bec when I bring it in, they always give reasons as to why they can't do the alignment. Horrible experience!!! Called and scheduled an appointment for 12:00. Arrived early and dropped my vehicle off, asked how long it would take and they said about an hour. Decided to run a few errands, came back an hour and a half later only to find that my vehicle had not left the exact spot I had parked it in when I arrived. Quick service, the customer service rep on the front was polite, kind and took extra time with the customers to give them exactly what they needed. I sat there waiting for my car and saw the way he acted with people. He even managed to de escalate an angry customer while he was there.
