This Firestone is the best one in las vegas. The staff is very knowledgeable. Aldo made sure that my visit was quick and easy.
Asked for them to fix my leaking oil problem and instead all they did was an oil change (that I did not need nor want) in which I had to pay for, and they told me if I wanted the problem fixed I would have to pay extra for an evaluation and even more for the new part. Waste of money and time. They had my car overnight to charge me for a simple oil change and not resolve my oil leak issue.
Big thanks to Orlando for helping me with my tire today! He was super friendly and made the whole process easy. Even though I walked in right at 7am, they didn’t get started until 9:30, but once they began, the tire was fixed and done by 10. Orlando’s positive attitude really made up for the wait. Still a solid place to go for service, and I’d definitely recommend asking for him if you need help!
